Welcome to MoyoMatch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MoyoMatch. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your profile truthful.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate others or create fake profiles.
3. Community standards
To keep MoyoMatch welcoming and safe, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
- Post nudity, hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
- Solicit money, run scams, or promote commercial services.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
4. Safety
Always meet new people in public places and tell someone you trust. MoyoMatch does not conduct criminal background checks on members. Use the in-app report and block tools if something feels wrong.
5. Subscriptions & payments
- Premium plans and boosts are billed at the price shown at checkout.
- Paid features are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Content you share
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant MoyoMatch a licence to display that content within the service so other members can see your profile.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.
8. Disclaimer
MoyoMatch is provided "as is". We work hard to deliver a great experience but cannot guarantee you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
